1. How long does delivery take?
Delivery times depend on your location:
- Europe : 3-7 business days
- International: 7–15 business days
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
2. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over €50 within Europe.
Orders below €50 and international orders are subject to standard shipping rates, which are shown at checkout.
3. Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing.
4. How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery in real time.
5. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure payments via major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other local payment options available at checkout.
6. What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer laws. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and eligible for return. 7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters processing, cancellation is no longer possible.
