  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

  • Photos if the item is defective or incorrect

3. Return Shipping Costs  

In accordance with EU consumer law, original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Non-Returnable Items
